Bunions Bunions are a prominent bump on the inside of the foot around the big toe joint. A person will have inflammation, swelling and soreness on the side surface of the big toe.

Hammertoes
Muscle imbalance causing the ligaments and tendons to become unnaturally tight. This results in the toe joint curling downward with the toe pad resting on the ground. The end joints of one or two or more smaller toes bend down while closer joints bend up.
Heel Spurs Painful lumps (spurs) can grow behind or under the heel.
High Arches High arches can cause tired or aching feet, calluses, and heel or arch pain. If your foot doesn't flatten, the plantar fascia may be pulled too tight.
Corns and Calluses Corns are an accumulation of dead skin cells usually found on the toes, forming thick hardened areas. They contain a cone-shaped core whose point can press on a nerve below causing pain. Calluses are also an accumulation of dead skin cells that harden and thicken over an area of the foot. They are the body's defense mechanism against excessive pressure and friction. Calluses are normally found on the bottom of the foot, the heel, and/or the inside of the big toe..
Neuromas A thickening of nerves usually between the toes. This causes foot pain, numbness, burning or tingling. |
Neuropathy Diabetes, vitamin deficiencies and other medical conditions can lead to nerve damage causing the loss of feeling, pain, or strange sensations in the feet. |
Flat Feet Flat feet (Low arches) can lead to hammertoes, bunions, heel spurs, pain, and foot and leg fatigue. If your foot flattens too much, the plantar fascia may overstretch and become inflamed.
Plantar Fasciitis This is an inflammation cause by excessive stretching of the plantar fascia (tissue that extends the entire length of the bottom of the foot). This often leads to heel pain, heel spurs, and/or arch pain. The pain usually decreases after you walk a few steps, but it may return with prolonged movement. |
Plantar Nerve Entrapment Entrapment occurs when one or more branches of the planter nerve are pinched, usually by a tight or inflamed plantar fascia. You may feel burning or shooting pain from your heel into the arch of your foot. |
Pronation Ankles turning in are a major cause of tired legs, knees, hips, and back and can generate pain to major joints.
Supination Ankles turning out are a major cause of tired legs, knees, hips, and back and can generate pain to major joints
